This is a space where Darlene  will help raise your frequency, support your body’s healing, and reconnect with the life you actually want to be living.

 

I work with plant medicines and frequency-based practices — always optional, always consent-based. That can include mushrooms, hapé, energetic work, connection with spirit guides, crystal or stone support, bee serum, sanange and other modalities depending on the ceremony.

There’s room here for conversation, laughter, singing, and deep frequency waves. It’s a unique blend of upgrading your DNA system while gently releasing what no longer serves you.

While working with multidimensional energy — creating an environment where insight, clarity, and recalibration can happen.

Afterward, we’ll share a light meal together. You’re welcome to bring vegan treats or fruit to contribute.

You’ll be fully supported throughout the entire journey. This is held in small groups so the space stays intentional and personal.

Arrive: 9:30-9:45 am to set up and ground in. 

Time: Start 10:00am sharpe

Finish: between 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. 

• Light vegan soup will be served, can bring bread, fruit, desserts to share

• can chat and get grounded longer after as necessary

• Optional: musical instruments, journal, crystals, objects or plants you want to connect with.

• Eat clean whole foods leading up to it, and light but grounding the morning of.
